ABS-CBN clearly does not have a good source person.
Doris Bigornia posted a news that there is no handshakes between the President of the United States and the President of the Philippines today September 9 at 4am.
Heres the link of ABS-CBN story:

Obama made a press statement in Television that he did made a hand shake with Duterte and even stated that he will support Duterte in his war against drugs. We have posted that news here as will in this page at 7pm September 8.
Clear as crystals that ABS-CBN have irresponsible journalist. I don’t know how ABS-CBN and Doris Bigornia will clean their hands with this. The branding ABIAS CBN by netizens seems just right.
